Well done for getting this far. The last two stages were pretty dense.

It can be hard to keep going if you’ve not seen any results. Everyone wants results FAST.

This is where it gets real.

Change takes time. But first, we can temporarily solve the problem of porn if that’s something which affects you (in my experience, it usually is). Then we can work on the longer process of changing the psychological side.
